Rumänsk Smak

Rumänsk Smak is a small family food shop located in Sweden. Their aim is to provide the best traditional Romanian products to Skåne and make them accessible to everyone missing the taste of home. 
The challenge faced during this project was to create a visual identity that incorporates both the shop's name in Swedish and Romanian languages while including the three colours of the Romanian flag. 
The new brand identity includes a wordmark and an icon that symbolises the shape of the wheat, which is a staple ingredient in Romanian cuisine. With its friendly aesthetic, the visual identity strikes a good balance between professionalism and authenticity and encourages customers to explore new traditional products.
